1. Who We Are
Mate AI ("Mate", "we", "us") provides customized AI agent services to businesses and founders. By purchasing or using any Mate service, you ("Client", "you") agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Services
Mate delivers a customized AI agent deployed on a dedicated private server. Services include email management, social media handling, outreach automation, CRM integration, scheduled task execution, and app connectivity via third-party APIs.
The specific scope of your agent is defined at onboarding. Changes to scope after delivery may be subject to additional fees.
3. Payments
All payments are processed through Paddle. By making a purchase you agree to Paddle's terms of service in addition to these Terms.
Services consist of a one-time setup fee and a recurring monthly subscription. The setup fee is charged upon purchase. The monthly subscription is billed on the same date each month thereafter.
Failure to pay the monthly subscription may result in suspension of your agent until payment is received.
4. Refund Policy
You may request a full refund within 10 hours of purchase. After 10 hours, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
To request a refund within the eligible window, contact us at mate@hadiluno.lol with your order details.
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
5. Your Dedicated Server
Each client receives a dedicated private virtual server hosted in the EU. Your server is isolated from all other clients. Mate manages and maintains the server on your behalf as part of the monthly subscription.
Upon service termination, you may request an export of your data within 14 days. After 14 days, the server and all its contents will be permanently deleted.
6. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information during onboarding, including API keys, account credentials, and business context. Mate is not liable for errors caused by incorrect or incomplete information you provide.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to connect any third-party accounts or services to Mate. Do not share credentials to accounts you do not own or are not authorized to use.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Mate for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to: sending unsolicited spam, scraping data without authorization, violating third-party terms of service, or engaging in any activity that could expose Mate or its infrastructure to legal liability.
Mate reserves the right to suspend or terminate your service immediately and without refund if these conditions are violated.
8. Intellectual Property
Any content, workflows, or outputs generated by your Mate agent belong to you. Mate retains ownership of its underlying systems, prompts, and infrastructure. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Mate platform or its components.
9. Limitation of Liability
Mate is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation. Mate is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost revenue, data loss, or missed opportunities.
Our total liability to you in any circumstance is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the service with 7 days written notice. You may cancel at any time by contacting us at mate@hadiluno.lol. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Mate reserves the right to terminate service immediately for violations of these Terms without refund.
11. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active clients of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable international commercial law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.
